With numerical control machine tools, it is not the protection of equipment, but will accelerate the deterioration or damage of electronic components due to damp and other reasons. If the factory has no production task and the CNC machine tool is not used for a long time, it should also be powered on regularly and not sealed up for a long time. It can be powered on 1-2 times a week and run for about 1 hour without air, so as to reduce the humidity in the machine by using the heat output of the machine itself, so that the electronic components will not be affected by moisture. At the same time, it can detect whether there is battery alarm in time to prevent the loss of system software parameters.
