Requirements for power supply: when the CNC lathe is installed in the machining workshop, not only the ambient temperature changes greatly and the service conditions are poor, but also there are many kinds of mechanical and electrical equipment, resulting in large fluctuations in the power grid. Therefore, the position of the CNC lathe requires strict control of the power supply voltage, and the fluctuation of the power supply voltage should be within the allowable range and be relatively stable, otherwise the normal operation of the CNC system will be affected.

　　3. Requirements for temperature: the environment temperature of CNC lathe is lower than 30 ℃, and the relative temperature is less than 80%. Generally speaking, there are exhaust fans or air coolers inside the numerical control cabinet to keep the working temperature of electronic components, especially the processor, constant or small temperature difference. High temperature and humidity will reduce the life of control system components and increase the failure.
